The weapon models and NPCs all look lived in, very worn down which gives the feeling of struggle while the enemy KPA looks highly funded, nice armours and weapons / Tanks. The visuals are outstanding, no studdering or crashes on ultra, the lighting and gloomy destroyed cities were a ton of fun to explore.
You have green, Yellow and red areas of the city that you will have to go through, each has its own feeling so it never gets boring. Honestly very similar to Far Cry which I love. Sounds familiar in many ways, well if you a fan of Far Cry 3 and 4, its the exact same, take over areas and find loot/money, take down enemy positions to expand your territories. This game is getting hated on and I can't really see the reasons why at all, you play at philiy resident turned member of the Resistence to bring power back to the American people, you are fighting the KPA which has a strong technology presents over everything you do, you must take back bases and points of interest, takeover major strongholds and find many stashes, vehicles hide outs and loot/radios to keep the resistance strong. but wait its suffering on a mixed reception. I personally think this is an awesome concept right out the gate. Homefront is an interesting take on the post World War First-Person shooter between USA and a fictional uprising of the world's super power North Korea.
